Terms of Service

These terms apply between Verosite Ltd (company no. 16227585) and you when you use Verosite Visibility. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Verosite Visibility tracks search rankings and AI-assistant visibility for domains and keywords you choose. Results depend on third-party search engines and AI providers, so we cannot guarantee any particular ranking, citation, or business outcome.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must only track domains you own or are authorised to work on, and you must not use the service to break the law or any third party's terms.

Trials, plans, and billing

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Plan limits (projects, keywords, features) are shown at checkout and apply from the moment the plan starts.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan runs until the end of the paid period, after which the account reverts to limited access.
• If a payment fails we will email you and retry. Access may be reduced if payment is not resolved.

Refunds

If the service materially fails to work as described, email hello@verosite.co.uk within 14 days of the charge and we will refund that period.

Your data

You keep ownership of the data you add and the reports generated from it. You grant us the licence needed to process it in order to run the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may pause it for maintenance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. Otherwise our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or rankings.

Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or if required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
